Rupak Chauhan

Rupak Chauhan has a diverse culinary background, starting from their early days as a Line Cook and Trainer at Ruby Tuesday. Rupak then progressed to roles such as Assistant General Manager and Restaurant Manager at Dencan Restaurants Inc. Rupak later co-owned and worked as an ethnic cook at Spices East Indian take out before transitioning to remote camps as a First Cook at Horizon North Logistics Inc. and currently at Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge. Rupak received their education from the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) Ahmedabad.
