Nicolas Papageorgopoulos has held various leadership positions in multiple companies throughout their career. Nicolas most recently served as the Chief Executive Officer at Pomme de Pain since July 2020. Prior to that, they were the General Director and Head of France at Five Guys JV Limited from September 2019 to February 2020. From January 2017 to June 2019, they were the Managing Director EMEA at La Brioche Dorée - Groupe Le Duff. Nicolas also held the position of Chief Operations Officer at Sushi Shop from April 2014 to January 2017. Before that, they had significant experience with Starbucks Coffee Company, where they served as the Operations Director for France from April 2012 to March 2014, District Manager for France from December 2010 to April 2012, and Store Manager from October 2007 to December 2010. Nicolas'searlier career includes being a franchisee at Speed Rabbit Pizza SA (MLSRP) for five years and working as a District Manager and Station Manager at Hertz Rent a Car from 2000 to 2002.
Nicolas Papageorgopoulos holds a bachelor's degree in economics and management from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, which they received in 2009. In 2012, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, with a focus on international finance, from both The University of Texas at Austin and Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management. Nicolas also completed an Executive MBA program at ESCP Business School in 2013, where they studied international business, trade, commerce, finance, and strategy.
