Rich Glover

Rich Glover is a finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and private equity. Currently, Rich serves as Vice President at Pomona Capital since December 2019, having previously held titles of Senior Associate and Associate within the firm. Prior to this role, Rich worked in private equity advisory at Rede Partners LLP and served as an Investment Banking Analyst at Barclays Investment Bank, focusing on UK M&A and Corporate Finance. Rich began their finance career as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Barclays and gained early experience as an intern at Morgan Stanley and Deloitte. Rich holds a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London.
