Wanda G.

Wanda G. serves as the Deputy Director at the Career Development Office and Assistant Dean of Students at Pomona College since July 2007, overseeing comprehensive career counseling and programs for students and alumni while supervising professional staff. Previously, Wanda G. held the position of Adjunct Assistant Professor of Education at the University of Southern California from January 2010 to May 2014, teaching a master's level career development course and mentoring students. Earlier in Wanda G.'s career, from July 2000 to July 2003, experience included serving as a Career Counselor and Special Events Coordinator at Florida International University, providing career counseling and conducting workshops. Wanda G. earned a Ph.D. in Counseling and Student Personnel Services from The University of Georgia, a Master of Science in Counselor Education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Afro-American Studies from Wesleyan University.
