Leveta McFarland

Leveta McFarland, RHIA, is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in Health Information Management at Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center since 1989. Currently serving as HIM Operations Manager and HIM EHR Manager, Leveta oversees day-to-day data integrity operations, master patient indexing, and legal health record management. Previous roles include Applications Supervisor and HIM Systems Operations Manager, where Leveta provided leadership in team supervision and operational management of medical records systems. Leveta holds a Bachelor's Degree in Health Information/Medical Records Administration from the University of Cincinnati, an AS in Health Information Management from Santa Barbara City College, and has diverse educational background including a B.S. in Animal Science from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
