Masha L. currently serves as the Director of Business Development at PONANT, having previously held the position of Guest Services Manager for Private Custom Travel at TCS World Travel, where responsibilities included developing the Guest Services component and managing 35-40 custom journeys annually, achieving a 40% customer return rate. Masha's tenure at TCS World Travel also included roles as an Account Manager for partner institutions, driving significant revenue growth and coordinating VIP events, as well as experience in guest services for National Geographic Expeditions. Earlier roles include research coordination at Harborview Medical Center and data management positions at the National Archives. Masha holds a Master of Library & Information Science from The Catholic University of America and a Bachelor of Arts in Land of Israel Studies and Archaeology from Bar-Ilan University.
