Leslie Martinez, M.S, is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience at Ponce Bank since June 2018, where roles have included Human Resources Officer, Specialist, Representative, and Intern. Prior to this, Leslie served as a Human Resources/Administrative Intern at The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Community Center, focusing on recruitment coordination, application screening, and database management. Experience also includes serving as an Associate Trainer at Panera Bread from April 2015 to May 2018. Leslie holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Development from New York University (2018-2020) and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management & International Business from Lehman College (2014-2018), along with studies at IAE Montpellier in 2017.
