My journey through the professional world has been diverse and enriching. I began my career as a handyman, where I learned the importance of precision and craftsmanship. My path then led me to serve as a Nuclear Electrician's Mate in the US Navy, instilling discipline and a strong sense of responsibility. Later, I transitioned to becoming an Instrument Technician with VENTANA Medical Systems, where I gained a deep appreciation for precision and reliability.

One of the most unexpected turns in my career was joining the Global Customer Support team, a role that opened my eyes to the significance of user satisfaction and support excellence. Now, I find myself at PONCH, leading the Quality team, and I'm excited to leverage the insights and skills I've gained over the years to contribute to our vision.

My academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Communications and Engineering Technology from ITT Technical Institute in Tucson, Arizona. This education has provided me with a solid understanding of the technical aspects essential for quality assurance.

Outside of my professional life, I'm an avid gamer and have a passion for painting miniatures. I also cherish the opportunity to travel, spending quality time with my family, and embarking on adventures together. Watching my children grow up has been a source of immense joy. I'm a true animal lover. While I enjoy dogs, there's a special place in my heart for feline companions.

In my role as Chief Quality Officer at PONCH, I am constantly challenged in new and exciting ways. It is my mission to ensure that our team maintains the highest standards of quality and innovation while always keeping the content creators and end users at the forefront of our efforts.
