Vijay Raghavan

Vijay Raghavan has a diverse work experience across various industries. Vijay is currently the COO and Co-founder of PonchoPay, a company that is revolutionizing how parents pay for childcare in the UK. Prior to that, Vijay worked at Kamet, a startup incubator/VC and a part of AXA, where they focused on strategy and business development. Vijay provided advice to existing startups in Kamet's portfolio and performed due diligence on startups looking for funding. Before Kamet, Vijay worked as a Project Leader at Maersk Management Consulting. Vijay also spent five years at Bain & Company, where they held roles as an Engagement Manager and Consultant. At Bain, they specialized in private equity cases, conducting market sizing, trend analysis, and target company evaluations. Additionally, Vijay has experience as an Associate Applications Engineer at Oracle and as an Intern at the Indian School of Business.

Vijay Raghavan's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. Vijay also pursued another MBA program at ESCP Business School starting in 2010, although the end year is unknown. Prior to their MBA studies, Raghavan completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, between 2004 and 2008.
