Benjamin Scoggin

Benjamin Scoggin is a seasoned civil engineer currently serving as Civil Engineer III at Pond & Company since March 2020, with prior roles as Civil Engineer II and I, specializing in energy sector projects related to DoD fueling stations and bulk storage facilities.
