Matt Allinson

Matt Allinson, PMP, GGP, LSSGB, currently serves as A-E Project Manager and Consultant at Pond & Company since August 2016. Previously, Matt held various leadership roles at the Texas Air National Guard from November 2005 to July 2016, including Mission Support Group Commander and Emergency Operations Center Director. Responsibilities included overseeing a 489-person group delivering support services, ensuring combat readiness, managing substantial operating budgets, and responding to emergencies such as Hurricane Ike. Matt's military experience with the United States Air Force from 1992 to 2005 involved civil engineering and project management across multiple bases globally. Academic credentials include a BS in Civil Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy and an MS in Business Organizational Management from the University of La Verne.
