Scott J. Owens

Scott J. Owens is a seasoned GIS Analyst with extensive experience in geospatial data management and analysis, currently serving as GIS Analyst III at Pond & Company since November 2020. Previously, Owens held positions as Geospatial Specialist at Doyle Land Services, Inc. and the City of Hammond, where responsibilities included managing GIS data services and local government information models. Owens also contributed to the State-wide 911 Addressing Program as a GIS Analyst at the Stephenson Disaster Management Institute and worked on digital mapping at Northrop Grumman. Owens holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Forest Management from Louisiana State University.
