Julie Marl

Julie Marl is currently the head of operations at Pond. Prior to that, they were a senior advisor at Zeno from June 2015 to November 2020. Before that, they were a strategic planner, data analyst, and chief of staff at Marl Consulting from October 2011 to June 2015.

Julie has a wealth of experience in guiding businesses to develop strategies, improving efficiency, developing talent, and building tools to achieve goals. Julie is skilled at communicating across teams, finding common ground in contentious situations, and navigating organizational politics.

Some of their notable accomplishments include helping businesses develop strategies, coaching teams to inspire greater performance, and assisting in developing processes. Julie has also launched products, managed data analysis, and built tools for performance evaluation.

Julie Marl received a BS in Chemical Engineering from Rice University. Julie then attended the Nonprofit Executive Leadership Institute at the Evans School of Public Policy and Governance at the University of Washington.
