Johnny Calhoun

Johnny Calhoun is an accomplished cybersecurity professional with extensive leadership experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of MDR Operations at Pondurance, Johnny oversees 24x7x365 Security Operations Center (SOC) and customer success initiatives. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer at Blueshift Cybersecurity and Nisos, Johnny directed daily business operations and client delivery, highlighting a strong focus on security engineering. At PhishLabs, Johnny played a key role in scaling the company significantly and was instrumental in its successful acquisition by HelpSystems. With a background at Dell SecureWorks that includes roles from Security Engineer to Director of Global Implementations, Johnny has a proven track record in operational excellence, threat detection, and cybersecurity strategy. Johnny holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Coastal Carolina University and further education from the University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School.
