Galya Bar Shalom has extensive experience in HR and organizational consulting, with a background in the FinTech industry. Galya is currently serving as the VP of People Israel at Pontera, after previously holding the position of VP HR Israel at Finaro. Galya is known for their expertise in recruitment, career management, and executive coaching, with a strong focus on building HR departments and implementing performance review programs. Galya holds a B.A. in Social Studies and a MA in Public Administration from Bar-Ilan University.
