Kris Cheh Beck

Kris Cheh Beck is the Chief Legal Officer at Pontera since 2025, having previously served as a charter member at TechGC and as Chief Legal Officer at Crexi from 2021 to 2024. At Crexi, Kris was instrumental in integrating risk management into business strategies, contributing to the company's rapid growth in the B2B technology sector. From 2015 to 2019, Kris built and scaled the legal department at United Capital Financial Advisers, which notably achieved significant assets under contract and was acquired by Goldman Sachs. Earlier experience includes roles as General Counsel and SVP at CityView and Senior Counsel and VP at Decurion Corporation. Kris began legal career at O'Melveny & Myers and holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from UCLA. Additionally, Kris has served as Co-Chair of the WomenLEAD Board at UCLA School of Law from 2019 to 2024.
