Ashley Loy has extensive experience in asset management and financial analysis within the hospitality industry. Currently, as Assistant Vice President of Asset Management Hotels at Pontiac Land Group, responsibilities include analyzing hotel performance, developing strategies for income growth, and managing budget reviews. Previously, Ashley served as Senior Manager in both Asset Management and Acquisitions & Development, focusing on investment opportunities and feasibility studies. Prior positions at Host Hotels & Resorts and Starwood Hotels & Resorts involved financial analysis, market research, and project development in various regions. Ashley holds a Bachelor's Degree with a double major in Finance and Marketing from Singapore Management University.
