Previously, Ashley served as Senior Manager in both Asset Management and Acquisitions & Development, focusing on investment opportunities and feasibility studies. Prior positions at Host Hotels & Resorts and Starwood Hotels & Resorts involved financial analysis, market research, and project development in various regions. Ashley holds a Bachelor's Degree with a double major in Finance and Marketing from Singapore Management University.
