Iva Todorova

Iva Todorova is an experienced Quality Assurance professional, currently serving as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst at Pontica Solutions since June 2021. Prior to this role, Iva held positions at Sitel from January 2018 to June 2021, including Quality Assurance Senior Agent and Customer Care Representative for Swedish. Iva's early career featured a teaching role as an English Language Teacher at BRITANICA from September 2016 to January 2018. Iva is pursuing a Law degree at the University of Plovdiv "Paisii Hilendarski," expected to be completed in 2025, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Scandinavian Studies from Sofia University, completed in 2019.
