Svetoslav Todorov

Svetoslav Todorov has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Svetoslav currently serves as the Director of Information Technology at Pontica Solutions since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Citi, where they held multiple positions including IT Project and Operations Management, Head Of Administration and Security, and Infrastructure Analyst from 2011 to November 2022. Before joining Citi, they worked as a Technical Specialist at the National Customs Authority from 2005 to 2011. Svetoslav also worked briefly as a Barista at Kimo Bean Honolulu in 2008.

Svetoslav Todorov completed their high school education in Economics at the National High School of Sofia from 2000 to 2005. After that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations/Image Management from 2005 to 2013 at New Bulgarian University. In addition to their formal education, Svetoslav Todorov obtained certifications such as the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner from the Project Management Institute in February 2015 and the ITIL Foundation from ITCE in February 2012.
