Aurore Xemar currently serves as Directrice Generale at Bridge Power and Directrice Pole EnR for Groupe Ponticelli Frères since September 2024. Previously, Aurore held the position of EVP Europe at BERNARD CONTROLS from April 2021 to May 2024, contributing to strategic planning and operational management, achieving a notable increase in revenue and EBITDA during the post-COVID crisis. Aurore's extensive experience includes roles such as Group Quality & Performance VP at Ingenico Group, Directeur Qualité Groupe at Nexans, and Quality Director at Plastic Omnium, alongside earlier leadership roles at Bostik and 3M. Aurore’s educational background includes an MS in Strategy and Operations Management from ESCP Business School and an engineering degree in Laboratory Engineering from the Faculté de Pharmacie de Nantes.
