Javier Ormeno

Javier Ormeno is an experienced lecturer and coordinator with a strong background in ethics, humanitarian diplomacy, and performing arts. Currently serving as a lecturer at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, Javier teaches courses that examine the intersection of ethics and the arts. In addition to their academic role, Javier has been a research tutor at DiploFoundation since 2013, guiding students in humanitarian diplomacy applications. Javier has held various positions within the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, focusing on program coordination and operations in Ecuador and emergency response globally. Javier's previous experience includes roles in migration research at Routed Magazine and project coordination at the University of Oxford, complemented by a robust educational foundation in human rights and philosophy from institutions such as UCL and Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
