Jorge Contenti

Jorge Contenti serves as the Director of i4D since January 2015, leading a network focused on identifying, assessing, and developing talent across various industries. Additionally, Jorge holds the position of Becario de Tesis de Finalización de Doctorado at Consejo Nacional de Investigaciones Científicas y Técnicas since April 2020, and serves as a Professor in Master's and Postgraduate programs at UADE, emphasizing Change Management. Jorge also teaches cultural values and strategy at the Instituto de Gobernanza Empresarial y Pública (IGEP), is a professor at the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina's School of Business, and has extensive experience in management education at IDEA. Previous roles include Associate Director at Oxford Partners and Regional Consultant at Hay Group. Jorge holds a Doctorate in Sociology from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina and has completed various degrees in e-Learning, coaching, and business administration.
