Nestor Bruno

Nestor Bruno is a seasoned economist with extensive experience in regulatory affairs and strategic planning within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Chief Economist in the Regulation & Wholesale Business Division at Telecom Argentina since August 2013, Nestor Bruno articulates regulatory policy positions and anticipates competition policy challenges. In addition to the role at Telecom Argentina, Nestor Bruno holds several academic positions as a Professor in various institutions, including ITBA Escuela de Innovación, Universidad del CEMA, Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina, and UADE Business School, where Nestor Bruno also directed the Master's degree in Applied Economics from 2019 to 2022. Previously, Nestor Bruno has compiled a rich career spanning over two decades in finance and strategic marketing at firms such as PwC and Coopers & Lybrand, complemented by advanced degrees in economics and management from esteemed universities.
