MacArena Olea

Macarena Olea is a seasoned professional in organizational development and training, currently serving as the Leader of Development and Training at UC CHRISTUS since October 2022. With prior experience as an Organizational Development and Learning Management professional at Entel from November 2016 to September 2022, Macarena also held the position of Commercial Director at MAS Consultores and was responsible for driving business improvements and managing various development programs. Macarena's career began at LAN Airlines, where responsibilities included overseeing training and ensuring alignment with business strategy through effective project execution. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Strategic Management of Digital Transformation from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, a Diploma in Personnel Management from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, and an Industrial Engineering degree from Universidad de Los Lagos, complemented by early studies at Universidad de Chile.
