Tihana K. is a skilled professional with a background in technical writing and geomatics. Currently employed as a Technical Writer at Pontis Technology since August 2023, Tihana previously served as a Customer Success Manager - Geomatics at Wingtra from June 2019 to August 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Geodetic Engineer at the State Geodetic Administration of Croatia from October 2018 to June 2019, and as a Technical Support and QA Specialist at GIS Cloud from May 2014 to October 2018, where Tihana also held an internship in technical support and QA. Tihana holds a Master’s degree in Geodesy and Geoinformatics from the University of Zagreb, completed in June 2015.
