Aaron Roubitchek

Aaron Roubitchek has a range of work experience in different roles and industries. Aaron is the Founder & CEO of Ponto Footwear since 2018. In 2022, they became an Accelerator Graduate & Portfolio Company at gener8tor and an Investor at OpenPitch. Prior to that, Aaron worked at Google from 2017 to 2021, holding various positions including Creative Resident, People Pillar Committee Chair, and Senior YouTube Product Specialist. Aaron also worked as a Guest Lecturer at the Fashion Institute of Technology in 2019. Earlier in their career, Aaron worked at LinkedIn as a Sales Solutions Consultant and Business Leadership Program Associate. Aaron co-founded ENDVRS in 2014 and was responsible for business development, securing funding and delivering investor pitches. Aaron also worked at eyesFinder in sales, business development, and marketing roles. Aaron gained internship experience as a Senior Business Administration Intern at SoCalGas, where they performed data analysis and forecasting.

Aaron Roubitchek holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from UCLA. In addition to their degree, they have obtained the LinkedIn Certified Professional–Recruiter certification from LinkedIn Certification in November 2015.
