Becky Honess is an experienced Programme Manager at Pontoon Solutions since July 2022, overseeing a team of Recruitment Business Partners in the IT & Engineering and Change sectors while ensuring client service level agreements are met. With a strong background in recruitment management, Becky has also led teams at Pontoon Solutions and hyphen Recruitment Outsourcing, specializing in IT and non-IT recruitment within the finance sector. Academic qualifications include A Levels from South Cheshire College and GCSEs from Sandbach High School.
