Hayley Unwin

Hayley Unwin has over 16 years of experience in program and recruitment management, currently serving as Program Manager for Bank of America EMEA at Pontoon Solutions since June 2016. In this role, Hayley oversees the operational management of the Managed Service Provider (MSP) program team and has also managed programs for AXA Group Operations and contract recruitment for Bank of America and FIS during interim periods. Prior to Pontoon Solutions, Hayley spent nearly a decade at Hays, where roles included Manager of the Interim Specialist division and Senior Consultant, overseeing recruitment for HR and financial services in the private sector. Hayley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology, Culture and the Media from the University of Essex.
