Jon Milton

Jon Milton has a long work history in the talent management industry. Jon began their career at Hays in 1996 as a Business Manager and later joined Capita as a Consultant in 2003. In 2008, Jon became a Business Development Manager at Matrix SCM, where they played a key role in developing the company's Consultancy management proposition. In 2011, they joined Comensura as a Business Development Director, responsible for UK sales. Currently, Jon is the UK Business Development Director at Pontoon Solutions, where they focus on winning global business for the company.

Jon Milton attended Coopers' Company & Coborn School from 1982 to 1989. Jon then went on to study Politics at the University of Portsmouth from 1990 to 1993, earning a BA Hons degree.
