Karen Filips

Karen Filips has had a long-standing career in various roles within Bealls Inc, starting as a Store Manager and moving up to roles such as Director of Marketing Operations and Media, Director of Communications and Community Affairs, and most recently as Communications Manager at Pontoon Solutions. Karen has successfully managed internal communications strategies, developed communications for executives, and led corporate communication efforts for a retail company with over 12,000 employees. Karen holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Saint Leo University.
