Mithun Poovanna

Mithun Poovanna is an HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and business partnership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as HRBP Manager APAC at Pontoon Solutions since August 2022, Mithun previously held the position of Human Resources Business Partner Manager at BetterPlace from April 2021 to July 2022. Prior experience includes roles as HRBP at Diageo from March 2018 to April 2021 and an Advanced Analyst in Global Compensation & Mobility at EY from January 2015 to March 2018. Mithun began the career as an Analyst at ANZ from January 2014 to January 2015. Mithun earned a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Development from GEMS B SCHOOL between 2014 and 2016.
