Phil Nott

Phil Nott has a strong background in the recruitment and HR consulting industry. Phil started their career as a Consultant at Reed Graduate, assisting in the creation of a new division. Phil then worked as a Consultant at Lorien, where they assisted in resourcing for key accounts and new business.

Nott then joined Elite Computer Staff as a Senior Consultant and Account Manager, working with high-profile clients in IT recruitment. Phil later joined Elan Computing / Manpower as an Account Director, managing key client accounts and leading a team of account managers and resourcers. Phil also served as a Strategic Account Director, overseeing the supply of IT contract and non-IT temp staff for Capgemini UK&I RTO managed service.

In 2010, Nott joined hyphen Workforce Solutions as a Recruitment Account Director, responsible for MSP and RPO programs for Aviva plc. Phil then became a Client Services Director, managing MSP and RPO clients in the Insurance, Aerospace, Defense, and Energy sectors.

Most recently, Nott has been working at Pontoon Solutions. Phil started as a Client Services Director for Financial Services EMEA, managing the contingent workforce and statement of work resources for clients. Phil then became the Senior Director and Head of Financial Services EMEA, overseeing strategic growth and managing operations. Currently, they hold the position of VP, Strategic Growth.

Throughout their career, Nott has demonstrated expertise in building and leading global teams, solutioning and implementing recruitment solutions, managing client relationships, and driving continuous improvement.

Phil Nott attended Merton College from 1991 to 1993, where they obtained a BTEC degree in Business & Finance. Prior to that, they attended Beverley Boys from 1986 to 1991 and Coombe Hill from 1980 to 1986. Phil also has additional certifications including "What Is Generative AI?" from LinkedIn (obtained in 2023), Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Pontoon Solutions (obtained in 2022), Service Excellence from Adecco (obtained in 2013), and a Certified Contingent Workforce Professional certification from Staffing Industry Analysts (year of obtaining not specified).
