Fredrik Johnsson

Fredrik Johnsson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and human resources. Currently serving as CEO of The Talent Company since May 2019, Fredrik has facilitated the development and growth of over 160 organizations through advisory services. Additional roles include Chairman of PayZlip and Birds Relations AB, Board Member at Helsingborgs IF, Edument, Ponty Technology AB, and HR-föreningen, and a Founding Partner & Chairman at AlexisHR until its acquisition by Simployer in February 2024. Fredrik is also the Founder & Owner of HR Sverige, a prominent HR community and blog in Sweden. With a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from the University of Gothenburg, Fredrik's expertise is well-established in the HR sector.
