Jazmin Ocasio-Diaz

Jazmin Ocasio-Diaz, Ph.D., is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as the Director and Head of Human Resources at Pool Centurion since May 2022, overseeing HR operations for 200 employees across multiple locations in South Florida. Previously, Jazmin held the role of Head of Human Resources at V&E Restaurant Group, where strategic planning and talent acquisition were key focuses. Other experience includes positions at REEF as an HRBP and Regional Recruiter, Easterseals South Florida as Human Resources Manager and Lead Recruiter, and CPM, Inc. as Senior Human Resources Consultant. Jazmin began an academic career at the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras, where notable achievements included developing a Violence Prevention Program. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, a Master's degree in the same field, and a Bachelor of Business Administration.
