Jeff B.

Jeff B. has extensive work experience in the pool management industry. Jeff started their career at Cincinnati Pool Management in 2005 as a Regional Supervisor. In 2006, they became the President of Dayton Pool Management, a local partner of The Pool Management Group. In 2015, they joined The Pool Management Group as the Regional President for the Cincinnati and Dayton markets, where they were responsible for developing business strategies and evaluating performance.

Aside from their pool management roles, Jeff has also served in various leadership positions. Jeff was a Board Member and Secretary of CAI Indianapolis from 2015 to 2017. Jeff was also a Board Member for Ohio Parks and Recreation Association in 2013 and served as a Board Treasurer for Munich Sister City from 2019 to 2021. Jeff has been actively involved in community sports as well, serving as a Volunteer Swimming Coach at St. Xavier High School in 2017 and as a Volunteer Age Group Coach at Lakota Family YMCA in 2019. Jeff also served as a Board Member at large for Mason SAY Soccer from 2017 to 2019.

In 2013, Jeff held the position of President at Aquatic Management of Indianapolis, where they provided swimming pool services and combined local market expertise with operational and risk management strategies.
