Nathan Pearo

Nathan Pearo is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in branch management and warehousing. Currently serving as General Manager at Pool Troopers since February 2023, Nathan oversees all branch operations and leads a team to deliver premium service. Previously, as Branch Operations Manager at BlueTriton Brands from April 2021 to February 2023, Nathan managed comprehensive operations, focusing on employee training and achieving KPIs. Nathan also held the position of Route Operations Leader at Nestlé Waters from February 2017 to April 2021, where responsibilities included warehouse and fleet management, alongside employee mentorship. Additionally, Nathan spent a significant period at FedEx Express from September 2000 to February 2017 as Operations/Senior Manager, directing a team of over 150 and collaborating on cost-driven objectives across multiple stations.
