Jen Reichart is a skilled Digital Learning and Development Specialist currently employed at POOLCORP since October 2023. With a strong background in digital design, Jen has been a Digital Designer at JLR Designs since June 2013, focusing on the development of eLearning courses utilizing Articulate Storyline and Rise, as well as microlearning for various organizations. Prior experience includes serving as a Multi-Classroom Leader - Coach at Klein ISD from August 2017 to October 2023, where Jen designed and facilitated diverse training programs that improved learning outcomes through innovative methodologies. Jen also contributed as the PTO Communications Director at Lemm Elementary PTO, enhancing adult training and community engagement. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Alvernia University and completion of the Applied Instructional Design Academy in 2023.
