Chad Lakatosh

Chad Lakatosh began their work experience in 2001 as an Assistant Project Manager at James G. Davis Construction. Chad then worked as an Assistant Project Manager at Ragnar Benson Construction, LLC from 2003 to 2004. In 2004, they joined Poole Anderson Construction, where they held various roles including Project Engineer/Asst. Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Project Executive, and currently serves as the Vice President of Operations Support since February 2020.

Chad Lakatosh obtained their Bachelor of Architectural Engineering from Penn State University, where they studied Architectural Engineering from 1996 to 2001. In addition to their degree, Chad has also earned certifications including LEED AP Building Design + Construction from USGBC National Capital Region and Procore Fundamentals Training from Procore Technologies. The specific dates of when they obtained these certifications are not provided.
