Pierre-Yves Ritschard

Pierre-Yves Ritschard is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in leadership and engineering roles. Currently serving as a Founding Engineer at poolside since October 2023, Ritschard previously held the position of CTO at Exoscale for eleven years, where responsibilities included scaling the company from 3 to over 90 employees and growing revenue to eight figures while leading a team of more than 40 engineers on critical technology projects. Earlier experience includes developing secure network solutions for the OpenBSD project, and key operational and architectural roles at companies such as Milestone Lab and France Telecom. Ritschard's educational background includes training from EPITECH and Lycee International Stendhal.
