Cody Rentschler is an experienced operations and management professional with a strong background in hospitality and business administration. With a solid foundation in hotel management, Rentschler has excelled in roles at Island Hospitality Management and Best Western Plus, where responsibilities included staff hiring, financial planning, and ensuring high standards of guest service. Rentschler’s career began with the U.S. Coast Guard, where involvement in search and rescue operations laid the groundwork for strong operational and coordination skills.
