Dr. Pravin Sonwane .

Dr. Pravin Sonwane is a seasoned academic with extensive experience in engineering education, currently serving as a Professor and Head at Poornima College of Engineering since January 2020. Previously, Dr. Sonwane held the positions of Professor and Dean Academic at Shridhar University, and Professor and Head of the Electrical Department at Sandip University. With a solid foundation in academia, Dr. Sonwane began as an Assistant Professor at PADMASHREE DR VITHALRAO VIKHE PATIL COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING, later advancing to Associate Professor at K.K. Wagh Institute of Engineering Education and Research. Dr. Sonwane holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University, an MTech in Integrated Power Systems from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, and a BE in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi College of Engineering, Research and Technology.
