Yoann D. has a diverse and extensive work experience. Yoann is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at YJCollective, where they lead a collective of experienced consultants and engineers to deliver complex digital transformation projects. Yoann's role involves building new products, improving existing ones, and assisting startups in the seed/series A & B stages. Yoann primarily works with industries such as consumer, marketplace, proptech, and sustainability.

In addition to their role at YJCollective, Yoann also works as a Strategy & Product Consultant at Cercula, where they provide their expertise through their association with YJCollective.

Yoann has also held various roles at other companies. Yoann served as an Advisor and Chief Product Officer at Solo60, where they worked alongside the CEO and founder on strategy, product delivery, hiring, and raising funds. At Pop & Rest, Yoann worked as a Co-founder, successfully launching two pilot sleep pod spaces in London and raising pre-seed investment.

Furthermore, Yoann has worked as an Advisor and Agile Coach at Goodsted, a fast-growing tech startup providing an ecosystem SaaS for volunteering and tackling social and environmental challenges. Yoann also held the position of interim part-time COO at Goodsted.

Yoann's experience also includes working as a Startup Mentor at BeMyApp, a global agency organizing hackathons, DevLabs, conferences, and workshops. Yoann provided mentorship and support to participants in the UK and France, helping them build user-centric prototypes and improve their pitching skills.

Additionally, Yoann has founded Pi Labs Property Innovation and participated in Cohort 7. Yoann has also worked as a Digital Consultant at Capco, a digital consulting firm.

Prior to these roles, Yoann had their own venture called Yolap IT and digital consulting, where they served as a Digital Project Manager and Scrum Master. Yoann worked as a contractor with various companies, including establishing their own outsourcing product team in Skopje, Macedonia.

Earlier in their career, Yoann worked at BRKV as a Digital Project Manager. Yoann played a key role in executing the company's development strategy, leading recruitment efforts, establishing new processes, conducting UX research, and managing outsourcing development teams.

Yoann D. obtained an A-level diploma in Electronics from Lycée les Catalins - Montélimar from 2005 to 2007. Following that, they pursued a HND equivalent to French DUT in Electronics Engineering at Université Joseph Fourier - IUT1 Grenoble, where they studied Electronics, Engines, Automation, and Programming Languages from 2007 to 2010. Later, from 2010 to 2011, they attended Université Pierre Mendès France - IUT2 Grenoble, where they acquired an HND equivalent to French DUT in Marketing and Business. During this period, they focused on Marketing, Management, and International Trade. In terms of additional certifications, Yoann obtained the Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in January 2022, and the Growth Hacking Foundations certificate from LinkedIn in November 2020.
