Lindsey Templeton

Lindsey Templeton, PhD has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. Currently, they are serving as the Associate Director of Programs and Research at HERS since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Program Manager at HERS from December 2020 to July 2022. Their experience also includes research and leadership roles at the University of Maryland College Park. Lindsey was a Research Assistant from June 2015 to May 2021 and a Graduate Assistant to the Associate Dean for Faculty and Graduate Affairs from August 2018 to December 2020. Prior to that, they gained experience at the University of Richmond as a Student Admissions Representative and Research Intern from October 2009 to April 2013. From there, Lindsey attended the University of Richmond, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and graduated in 2013. Following their undergraduate studies, they enrolled at the University of Maryland and earned a Master of Arts degree in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration, which they completed in 2016. Lindsey's commitment to education continued as they went on to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration at the University of Maryland, completing their doctoral studies in 2021.
