Shailesh Nivsarkar

Shailesh Nivsarkar has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various leadership roles and industries. Shailesh is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of HR & Operations at Accellor, an innovative enterprise that guides organizations in their digital transformation. In their previous role as the Vice President of People at Punchh, a global leader in digital marketing products, Shailesh played a pivotal role in enhancing customer relationships and driving revenue growth. Prior to that, they spent a decade at Nexient as the Vice President and Head of Talent Acquisition, where they established the company as a leader in domestic IT outsourcing and built a high-performance sourcing team. Shailesh also held leadership positions at Patni Computer Systems, Cymbal Corporation, Sira Technologies, Wipro Infotech Ltd, and HCL Infosystems Ltd, where they contributed to HR, talent acquisition, and sales functions.

Shailesh Nivsarkar completed a Chief Human Resources Officer Program at The Wharton School in 2022. Shailesh obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical Engineering from Jabalpur Engineering College between 1988 and 1992.
