Cassie Leiby

Cassie Leiby is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in HR operations and project management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of HR Operations at LaSalle Investment Management since September 2015, Cassie has successfully led process improvement initiatives, centralized HR operations, and managed vendor consolidation. Previously, Cassie held roles at JLL, including HR Hiring Coordinator and HR Service Center Coordinator, where responsibilities included recruitment, onboarding, and employee support. Cassie's early career included internships focused on HR operations and learning development at various organizations. Cassie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from the University of Westminster.
