Charles Walker, CCIM is the Executive Vice President of Global Strategy at Pope Corporation since September 2020. Prior to that, he held the same title at Spencer Consulting Inc. from May 2006 to September 2020. With a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance Real Estate from SMU Cox School of Business, Charles has successfully directed real estate activities for various companies and saved clients over $13,000,000 through the implementation of his strategies. He has vast experience in strategy development, project management, negotiation, and asset management across 86 cities, demonstrating his instrumental role in establishing and supporting corporate real estate departments.
