Caitlin Kirby

Caitlin Kirby is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the General Manager at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen UK since February 2022, having previously held the position of Assistant General Manager. Prior to joining Popeyes, Caitlin worked at McDonald's from July 2015 to February 2022, where the role of Shift Manager was undertaken. Caitlin Kirby completed a degree at The Open University, graduating in July 2023.
