Philip de Courcel is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in employee relations and human resources management across various healthcare and service-oriented organizations. Currently serving as Manager, Employee Relations and HR Business Partner at Emcara Health since October 2021, Philip de Courcel plays a key role in enhancing in-home care solutions for vulnerable populations. Simultaneously, Philip de Courcel holds the same titles at PopHealthCare, where the focus is on improving health outcomes for higher-risk individuals.
