Greg Toschi is the Co-Founder and CEO of Poplar Homes. Greg has over 6 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to Poplar Homes, Greg interned at KT Properties where they were responsible for conducting market research for proposed developments, due diligence for prospective properties, interfacing with real estate brokers, vendors, contractors and property managers, assembling and submitting Letter of Intent and Purchase Agreements, maintaining property records including filing and organizing, assisting with maintaining budgets for multi-million dollar projects, examining and writing reports on current lease agreements, creating presentation materials on projects for City Council Meetings, spearheading a multi-million dollar deal for a perspective property, examining and summarizing both geological and environmental reports on perspective properties, and staying informed on projects by going to weekly construction meetings.

Greg Toschi received their Bachelor of Science in Finance from Santa Clara University's Leavey School of Business. Greg also attended Bellarmine College Preparatory.
