Nichele Ford

Nichele Ford currently serves as the Director of Education at Poplar Springs Hospital, a position held since September 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Principal at Virginia Home for Boys and Girls from September 2022 to September 2023, and over 18 years with Richmond Public Schools in various roles, including Assistant Principal and Professional School Counselor. Nichele Ford has a strong background in implementing comprehensive school counseling programs and has chaired the PBIS/MTSS Committee for over 10 years. Nichele Ford holds a Post Masters Certificate in Educational Leadership and Administration from The George Washington University, a Master’s Degree in Counselor Education from Virginia State University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Elizabeth City State University.
